Whole Foods Market at Aspen Place
This 24,089 sq. ft. grocer center is located on 3.12 acres of real property located within the Aspen Place at the Sawmill project in Flagstaff, Arizona. This store represented the flagship store for New Frontiers a regional organic food market. New Frontiers was acquired by Whole Foods Market in 2015. The Whole Foods building has received an award from Arizona Commercial Real Estate magazine. Aspen acquired the real property, entitled the Project, and constructed the 24,089 sq. ft. building.
Valley West is a 310-acre master-planned community in Bozeman, Montana. Valley West is an award winning neotraditional community featuring alley loaded homes. The community includes a variety of amenities including lakes, pedestrian friendly walking trails, expansive parks and well-appointed children play areas. Aspen planned and developed the horizontal infrastructure for the community and even constructed homes throughout the master plan to help develop the desired community aesthetic.
Buckeye Marketplace is located in Buckeye, Arizona, a growing submarket of the Phoenix metropolitan area. The project is comprised of 200,000 sq. ft. of retail space anchored by Fry’s a division of Kroger’s, a publicly traded grocery store chain. Aspen acquired the real property, entitled the property and sold a portion of the property to Fry’s to construct its grocery store. Aspen then constructed the contiguous retail shops building, which consist of approximately 40,000 sq. ft.
Southbridge Four Office
Southbridge Four Office is a class “A” office condominium located in the heart of the Old Town Scottsdale within the Southbridge mixed-use project. Comprised of the approximately 10,602 sq. ft. of office space encompassing the entire fourth floor of one of the buildings within the mixed-use project, Southbridge Four Office represents a premier office location. The project offers views of Camelback Mountain while being located within walking distance to Fashion Square Mall, the Waterfront mixed-use commercial and residential complex, as well as a host of other amenities. Aspen acquired the project, built out the tenant improvements, leased space, and managed the operations of the office prior to divesting of the asset.
