Located in Surprise, Arizona,
this investment property is now a mixed-use, master-planned
community that broke ground in 1995 and sold out
in 2002. The Aspen Group acquired the land while
it was a citrus orchard. This project now includes
1,000 homes, retail space and an office park.
The total build-out cost was $250 to $300 million.

This big box center, located
in Gilbert, Arizona, includes 400,000 square feet
of retail outlets like Old Navy, Sports Authority,
Kohl’s, and Henry’s Market. From 2000
to 2004, The Aspen Group worked on this venture,
buying the land, contracting out the building
and leasing of the center, and obtaining the financing
